Extrusion:
- As you can see from the chart, we provide many materials for extrusion.
- Approximately 70 tons of both Prime Virgin Grade materials and recycled
materials are processed every month.
Tubing:
- We're able to produce tubing in any diameter from 2mm up to 200mm
in most materials with a minimum order quantity of just 25kgs. We have
a vast library of tooling, charging for which are not normally required.
Profiles:
- Profiles can be produced in any material and as 'T' barbs, 'L'
sections, 'U' sections, ovals and many more.
Flexiduct:
- Coils and lengths of Duct in M.D.P.E are produced in-house with 32mm
and 54mm being held in stock. All other sizes are made to order, usually
within just a few days.
- Tubes can be either produced and delivered
plain or printed to your specifications.
Cutting & Coils:
- Tubes and profiles can be produced in both cut lengths and coils.
Lengths can be cut from 5mm up to 6 meters.
- Coils can be produced in any length to suit the customer's specific
requirements.
Injection Moulding:
- As with extrusions we can produce mouldings in a vast array of materials
and colours.
- Mouldings can be produced in a vast array of materials and colours
and can be assembled, printed and given brass inserts if required.
